Pre-diabetes treatment usually involves making changes to certain lifestyle habits that are causing your pre-diabetes. This can involve efforts to reduce your weight, improve your diet, and to increase your activity level. Your doctor can help you identify which lifestyle habits you should work on, however you may wish to consult with an exercise specialist and/or a dietitian to help you with your program.
